RICHMOND HILL'S PLAN FOR PEOPLE GUIDES BUDGET FOR 2012 At its March 26, 2012 meeting, Richmond Hill Council approved a 2012 Operating Budget of $135.8 million based on the Town’s Strategic Plan objectives for a vibrant, well-connected municipality that offers better choice and where resources are managed wisely.
